Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had. Kyler made the process super simple. As an out of state purchaser, Kyler explained to me the differences and how that process works. To make things easier on me, when I flew in to pick my truck up Kyler met me at the airport with my truck, explained all the features and I was on my way, this easily save me 1-2 hours in commuting to the dealership and then having to commute home.

Quintin was very helpful and Josh was as well. The negotiations were fair and we were happy with the price and trade in value, etc. I would recommend Oakes GMC to my friends without hesitation. The only hiccup we experienced was with aftermarket accessories (specifically a bed liner) being delayed, but I understand this was most likely out of the control of Oakes. It is part of the experience, though, and I ended up waiting a couple of days longer than anticipated to finally get the truck purchase wrapped up.
