Very good pricing on a 2018 sierra, 80k miles and paid 18k for it. Some miscommunication on the car having warranty so a little bit of friction there but still overall good sales service from Jim. Do your research and come educated when buying a car wherever you go but ultimately good folks that are worth trust here.

My experience meeting Amid and Nate was great. They were low pressure and made sure I felt informed and they also respected my time. I didn’t give them much advance notice and they still made sure the vehicle was washed and completely ready for me to view. I’ve been to many other dealerships and I’ve been looking at dirty cars in the $60,000 range which I find unacceptable Better customer service than I’ve received from any other dealership in the shopping experience.

My experience with the purchase of my used 2015 Buick Enclave was pleasant. The process was easy. Nate from Oakes GMC did a great job! Filled out info on truck I was looking at and within 5 minutes Nate had called back. Went to look at the next day, went for a test drive and was in and out with a truck in about 2 hours or less. Nate kept in touch the whole time even after hours. Nate went above and beyond. Contacted through email about stock that showed up on the GMC portal. Kyler got back in touch with me quickly and discussed details. Vehicle was already discounted quite a bit off MSRP so not a lot of negotiation required. Flew into KC from out of state and caught an Uber over to the dealership. Price listed was exactly what I paid. After test driving the vehicle, was probably only in dealership for an hour or two before leaving with keys in hand. Easy process and would buy from again.

Was supposed to go to a different store to get my MO inspection done, and they ditched me last minute even though I booked my appointment a week in advance. Called Oakes and they immediately fit me in an hour later. The people I talked to were very friendly, nice, and accommodating. Would definitely come back here should I need any other auto service.
