Recently bought a car from them. I got them to take $1000 off and they did, however I thought it was weird they took it off so quickly. Come to find out the car needed both front wheel bearings replaced which is costing me that $1,000 they took off. Friendly service but there was no way they didn’t know that was a fix that needed done asap!

Where do I start? I bought a vehicle from Jim and was very satisfied. However, after a couple of weeks I had an issue with it. Long story short, after many obstacles Jim and Matt got me into a brand new Sierra. Even though there were a few bumps I would recommend Jim and Oakes GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle. It’s not the bumps but the solutions that count.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Was working a deal over the phone, and salesperson, Asia said it was the financing was being finalized and set an appointment for me to come pick the car up. (We are over 800 credit) Thirty minutes later, Asia texted me and said the car was now unavailable, they had just sold it out from under me.

Horrible experience. I have purchased multiple cars and trucks from out of state. This by far was the worst experience. They draw you in with a low price….RUN. They promised no payments for 120 days if I went with their financing. Nope. Payment due in just over 30 days. Rate was higher than they told me. I have a 820 credit score I should have used my credit union. Took five days for theirs to FUND the loan. Worst part is car shipped 8 days after I purchased it and it just arrived. Abram was phenomenal, super personable, and was great at helping us out during our experience. Logan was very helpful getting us some extra information to assist as well. Finally, I can’t quite remember the name of the financial person we worked with, but he looked quite like Abram but older. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and was able to break everything down in a very easy to understand way. Overall, this was an amazing experience for a first time car buyer!

I worked with Jim Barkley to buy my new car. He was very nice. As a "frictionless" car-buying dealership, they do not negotiate on price, but Jim and the finance department were able to find me a low rate on my loan. They do push their VIP service coverage and warranties a lot.
Not happy after buying a Durango SRT and then one tire went flat only to find that the tire was previously plugged and now leaking at said plug, after the service manager questioned whether I did it I was furious but turned and walked away as they only offered 100 dollars off of a new tire, knowing full well all wheel drive vehicles need a complete set. I am getting the tire inspected at an independent store and documenting everything, I shouldn't be the one left holding the 3200 dollar bag.
