My experience with the purchase of my used 2015 Buick Enclave was pleasant. The process was easy. The staff (Jim Barkley (my salesperson who sold me the suv), Nate Wolver (sales person that rode with be during the test drive on the car he suggested met my needs), Sage Herrera (finance manager), Sage Bizendine (sales manager) and Gage Johnston ( sales manger) are all friendly, personable, and patient. What I understand or asked, they explained and were honest. I had concerns with the mileage and service Maintance records. From the time I was strolling on the parking lot and was met with a smile from the beginning to them completing the “we owe” items. They were all addressed. I am a happy customer. The best part is what I purchased it for at the time was the best price so far over their competition. Thrr way negotiated a good price for a fully vip coverage program that covers everything on my used suv for 5 years. This leaves me with a peace of mind and freedom of security for years to come if anything went wrong with my vehicle. I believed I got the best overall deal for my used suv. Nate from Oakes GMC did a great job! Filled out info on truck I was looking at and within 5 minutes Nate had called back. Went to look at the next day, went for a test drive and was in and out with a truck in about 2 hours or less. Nate kept in touch the whole time even after hours. Nate went above and beyond. I worked with Nate and Sage today. When I say, it was just an easy process, it was an easy process. I came in with a price point in mind. I wasn’t bothered with options that they knew I couldn’t/ didn’t want to pay for. It was right to the point. Nate was so funny, but remained completely professional through the entire ordeal. Even though it was over 100* out side and he had to swap a bunch of cars around. Sage was great to work with too- he made the uncomfortable money discussion, not uncomfortable at all.
